Our newest creation, this zingy catsup made from wild rosehips and highbush cranberries, can also be used as a grilling and dipping sauce.  Our customers are loving it. 

WILD Sauce is a spicy-sweet combination of wild Alaskan rosehips and highbush cranberries, hand-picked in Alaska’s Matanuska-Susitna Valley. Our WILD sauce can be used as a catsup, grilling sauce, or sweet ‘n sour sauce. Chipotle and ancho spiced, sweetened with birch syrup and sugar. We’ve used variations of this sauce for years, on shrimp, chicken, halibut, moose burger…on and on! Use your imagination and GO WILD!
